Is there anyway to stretch a textile jacket?

hey, i bought a jacket on closeout on bikebandit.com and its a size too small.. i sent an email asking for an exchange for the larger size of the jacket (which they still carry for the higher price). but i doubt that they will do anything to serve me from what i've read on the internet. and btw for that, im never buying from bike bandit again, they could have at least stated that they will not accept exchanges on closeout items on a page or two!!

anyway... is there a way to stretch these types of jackets like you can do with t shirts? particularly in the sleeves? any ideas to make it longer? take the liner out? soak it? etc?Is there anyway to stretch a textile jacket?
No it won't stretch as it shouldntIs there anyway to stretch a textile jacket?
No, its made to protect you in a crash, not stretch. If it could stretch it would just fall to bits when crashed.

Buy a bigger size.

I have bought from BB before. Their return policy is clearly shown. Is there anyway to stretch a textile jacket?
Bikebandit does state that all closeout items are final sale.
