Well if you get that message, it means you created a league; and I'm sure you'd want more than just you in the league. Yahoo made it mandatory for all leagues to have atleast 4 managers, including yourself.
If you want others to join your league, you can either invite your friends and family... or make the league open to anyone (click on Commissioner Tools, and under League Management, you'll see the option of Invite Friends and Publish League).
Otherwise, delete your league and sign up for a team again. This time, instead of creating your own league, browse the custom leagues and join one of them, or join a public league.How can i get some managers for my fantasy basketball league?

After you create the league you can go to the fantasybasketballcafe and advertise your league. Just remember to put in good details about it for propsective managers.
Join a Yahoo Public League. Failing that, just get a few of your friends with Yahoo email accounts to sign up!
