How do NBA players train for basketball season?

Exercises to improve the skills and endurance,speed,strength,etc in basketball.I am going to tryout for my middle school basketball team and I haven't played basketball in a while.I'm good but now I'm weak and can't last as long as I used to.So how can I do better?I'm short so I really want to impress the coaches at the try out.Please help.Endurance,speed,agility,strength and other important basketball stuff is what I have to train on.I'm trying out for point guard.How do NBA players train for basketball season?
Endurance: this is an easy one, run as long as u can and never give up



speed: Run sprints as fast as u can



agility: do suicides as fast as u can (do about 10 each day as fast as u can and take short brakes in between



strength: do many push ups. ALOT of pushups. Do pull ups also if u have the strength



U have to be a great dribbler. DRIBBLE!!!! DRIBBLE!!!! DRIBBLE!!!!



U have to be a great passer and atleast a decent shooter.



In tryouts, give your 100% and hustle
