I'm 6'1" about 224lbs and i need to be ready for college basketball by September, anyone know any good speed workouts or diets?How can I drop 40lbs by September and be in college condition for basketball?
i would say the dont be an idiot diet. Run about 2 miles a day and have 3 square meals, along with a workout. DRink only water and eat things that dont make you question its nutritional value. Just dont eat like an idiot! lol good luck
