I want to do some changes in circuit bord so what changes made able my walkie talkie to boost more power full signals.

you really can't do much with the circuit, those are too complicated.

If the answer is no - then you do not have the knowledge nor equipment to investigate the possibilities of doing this: forget it.

If the answer is yes - then you wouldn't have asked that Q. in the first place!

It takes huge power changes to effect small range changes.

Antenna improvements are the best way to boost range. But gain antennas negate the advantage of portability of a walkie talkie!
