One way is get the ball down to the other end of the court fast. Using team work this should be easy. Nothing makes a coach on the other team more mad and feal like their being out played then a quick, inbound, pass, pass, pass, lay-in. Quick buckets like that when the ball doesn't touch the ground is the way to go. The less the ball touches the floor the less you have chance of it getting taken away. Just work on your team work and passing then you too will be able to win games with the ball barely on the floor.
Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.

get the schools chem teacher to invent a green slime that you can put on your shoes that make you jump high. If that doesn't work find a golden retriever that can play basketball and have him play on your team. Finally, if those don't work, practice.
Never, ever miss a lay-in. Teach all your players to know where they're at under the net judging by the paint and the free-throw blocks. That way they can drive hard under the net and come up strong. Most likely they will draw a foul from this as well. But every player needs to know how to take their allowed steps, footwork is super important. It gives you time to get control. As far as plays....totally depends and the age and skill level you are coaching.Tips or tricks on winning a basketball game?
