My airsoft team needs some type of communication with a big field and groups. I was thinking a headset but im not sure what else i would need with that like if it comes with something to plug into like a walkie talkie. I think our price range is about 20$ or less. If you already have a walkie talkie I suggest this

I thought that Dlcks had the best selection, Gander Mtn, and Dunhams also ok.
As far as walkie talkies go, you have more to choose from with these stores, I believe.
look at kmart or walmart or target. one of those kinda places. heres one form kmart
