Is there a market for adult only Mushy Peas?

A Food watchdog has asked for a ban on certain food colouring, since they add nothing to the food and can cause problems with CHILDREN that consume them.

Have to say I don't have a problem with this, but it seems it will probably mean that green mushy peas will disappear to be replaced by the "greyer" version... which just isnt half as appetizing... I don't eat a great deal of them but would probably not bother at all if the grey version was all that was available.

Should an adult only bright green version be produced? Would you buy it?Is there a market for adult only Mushy Peas?
more dogooders with nothing better to do, how did anybody aged thirty five plus manage to survive without killing someone, suffering some unimaginable disease, becoming obese or suffering some kind of mental breakdown.

Am I entitled to a large government compensation payment due to the fact that previous government departments failed to warn me about all of the things that were not good for me , or should I thank them for not telling me and letting me have a life relatively free from worry.

And yes to both, who wants grey pease!!Is there a market for adult only Mushy Peas?
A pity.

Fresh peas porridge made with fresh peas should be naturally green.

Even some of your better pea meals should have a natural green quality.

I question the voracity of some peas porridge mixes if they are turning gray or need green food colouring to make them the correct colour. Is there a market for adult only Mushy Peas?
I think this is a question someone living in Britain should answer. Mushy peas just don't sound very appetizing.
I love mushy peas, and cook them myself on a regular basis.I have never had the need to add food colouring to mine and the dried peas that I buy also contains no colour.I've never had any complaints about the colour of them.

I have noticed that the ready made mushy peas in tins and one make of them that is frozen are coloured vile luminous green colour, but I've never had the urge to try them,so it could be another case of bureaucracy gone mad again!!!!!!

Have you noticed the un natural colour of marrowfat peas in tins here in the UK? I steer clear of those too.
