In Basketball when they say timeout on the floor is that a TV timeout?

In Basketball when the PA announcer says, "There's a timeout on the floor," dose this mean TV timeout? And when signaling a TV timeout dose the referee just point to the scores table? In Basketball when they say timeout on the floor is that a TV timeout?
it depends cause if there is a timeout called on the floor and it s a full time timeout most of the times it goes to commercials
