You cannot legally tamper with output power of your walkie talkie. And given the state of modern electronics I doubt there is a way to change it anyway.How to make a walkie talkie signal go further?
The only thing you can realistically do is to use it in a place that has minimal interference from buildings, hills, big trees and other things that might block the signal.
