How much can I sell my Kaiser piano for?

I was reading a bit online about Kaiser pianos and a majority of people agree that the Kaiser is actually a Japanese-made "gray market" stencil of the Yamaha U3. We bought the piano used for $3,500 from my cousin. It is in excellent condition, no scratches or dents or anything that I can see. It's a little dusty and needs tuning but that's about it. We need some extra cash so we're looking to sell it quickly but not to get entirely ripped off. Could anyone advise me on this?

Also, where would be the best place to sell this? I was looking into craigslist or eBay but I was wondering if there are some piano forums or something where I might get a better market. Thanks! How much can I sell my Kaiser piano for?
I've never seen one, so I can't really comment. But I've checked a few sources that indicate it is indeed a piano built by Yamaha (at one point in time). I really don't know what to suggest for getting a real reasonable sale price for it.

A few things that are absolutely necessary:

1. Tuning ... it has to be in tune, or who ever would buy it is going to ask for 50% less than whatever you are asking.

2. It has to be completely functional. If anything at all doesn't work it needs to be repaired.

3. It has to be clean ... no family pictures on top, no Spanish lace doilies or afghan shawls draped over the top.

You may decide that selling it on consignment through a piano dealer. I don't know how well they will push your instrument or how much commission they will want, but I think it's a better option than eBay or Craig's List.
