I wouldn't recommend selling Magic Cards to a store. Regardless of whether they are rare, you will get more money from actual people than you will from a store. I would try eBay, or possibly even selling them on here. I'm always interested in buying. As for eBay, look at what the other auctions are going for, and sell at about that price. Buy a price magazine, such as Scrye, or Beckett, and find some of the relaly high priced cards in your collection, and list them as part of the auction, so people know they are getting their money worth. If you sell them on here, just ask around. Give a price you're willing to sell for, and give people a chance to respond with their best offer. Like I said, I'm always interested. Best wishes
